A PIN terminal is available at the laundromat. Select your machine on the screen, choose your options (wash programme or drying temperature) and tap your card. Done — the machine starts automatically.

No. Our machines automatically dose specialised detergent that is optimised for our ozone technology. Adding your own detergent is not allowed and not necessary — it can damage the machines and reduce wash quality.

No. We wash with cold water and ozone technology. Shrinkage is impossible in our system — your clothes always keep their fit.

No. Cold water washing protects colours. There is no heat damage to your clothes — colours stay vibrant.

Two options: (1) Debit card at the terminal in the laundromat — select machine, choose options, tap card. (2) Speed Queen app — download the app and use location code SQAS01.

Yes. Every machine is automatically cleaned after each use. Additionally, our ozone technology provides hospital-grade disinfection — it effectively kills bacteria and viruses. You always start with a completely clean machine.

This means the machine was overloaded. This is a safety feature to prevent machine damage. Solution: divide the wet laundry across two machines and run the programme "Niet Gebruiken" (spin only). You can find this by scrolling through the programmes on the display.

This is a technical issue that occasionally occurs. Contact us — we always reimburse immediately.

App payment: send your registered email address, machine number, amount, date and what went wrong. Credit will be refunded to your app account.
Card payment: send your IBAN and account holder name. We will verify the payment and refund the amount to your bank account.

Yes! Machine 9 is our "Pet Corner", specially designated for extra dirty laundry. Think dog beds, cat beds and other heavily soiled items. €10 per wash, 13.5 kg capacity.
